The Retreat by The Raad Life is a curated, immersive wellness and lifestyle experience set on the grounds of Southwinds Farm & Gardens in Irvine. Every moment of the day is intentional, from the activations you move through to the people you share a table with at lunch.
Guided by the philosophy of Freedom Always / Living Your Best Second Life, this event brings together 80 guests for a day of movement, mindfulness, creativity, and genuine human connection.
How the day works
Upon arrival, each guest receives a color-coded wristband assigning them to an intimate group of 15–20. These groups rotate through two rounds of curated activations throughout the morning and afternoon, ensuring every person experiences a thoughtfully balanced combination of programming across the day. No two guests have the same day. Every rotation is designed.

The Day at a Glance
8:30 AM — Arrival + Check-In Step into the space and settle in. Artisan coffee drinks by Sir Owlvericks are waiting. Connect with fellow guests, receive your color group wristband, and ease into the morning.
9:00 AM — Opening Gathering All guests come together on the outdoor ForeverLawn at Casa del Sol for a collective start to the day. Expect a guided morning stretch, a warm welcome from Raad Ghantous, and an opening conversation anchored in The Raad Life philosophy: Freedom Always. Living Your Best Second Life.
9:45 AM – 11:45 AM — Morning Activation Rotations Move through your first two curated experiences. Sessions run 45–60 minutes each with guided transitions between rotations.
Morning activations include: → Meditation → Sound Bath → Yoga → Coffee Tasting + Networking with Sir Owlvericks → Watercolor Painting — a Curated Connections experience
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM — Lunch on the Plant Daddies Lawn Gather for a family-style lunch prepared by Chef Sam, sponsored by WildFire. Live music by Chris Wooly sets the tone while you explore the vendor marketplace, taste wine with High Times, and simply enjoy the company around you. Massage sessions are available throughout.

1:45 PM – 3:30 PM — Afternoon Activation Rotations A second round of curated experiences — different from your morning sessions — ensures every guest leaves having moved through a full spectrum of the day’s programming.
Afternoon activations include: → Facials & Skincare Experience → Sound Bath → Meditation → Voices of Finance
3:30 PM — Closing Gathering All 80 guests reunite on the ForeverLawn for the final chapter of the day. A closing conversation, intention setting, and a community-driven send-off to carry the energy of the day forward.
